About the Program

Mr. Martens work with organizations that want to move their innovation skills from good to great, so that everyone in the organization improves their output, reduces risks, and drives radical growth. Some organizations have an innovation process and they may have aligned their systems and technology, yet they want to improve their innovation success further. Here is where Mr. Marten's focus on the human side of innovation can help them reach the next level.

Some organizations want to move their innovation efforts from good to great. They may already have addressed processes, systems and technology. As a speaker and seminar leader, Mr. Martens addresses the human side that easily gets overlooked:

  • Creativity with a vision
  • Getting better at taking the right risks
  • Pitching ideas and communicating
  • Partnering with others
  • Improvising when 'things happen'

Here is where Mr. Marten's focus on the human side of innovation can help them reach the next level. A scientist in his 'previous life', more recently, Mr. Martens has spent over 20 years working with clients and facilitating groups of all kinds and sizes. His background allows him to connect well with analytical leaders (especially scientists, engineers and technology professionals). He is able to help them and their teams address behavior, skills and their way of being, so that the human side of innovation is fully harnessed. Some organizations want to move their innovation efforts from good to great. They may already have addressed processes, systems and technology. As a speaker and seminar leader, Mr. Martens addresses the human side that easily gets overlooked: - Creativity with a vision - Getting better at taking the right risks - Pitching ideas and communicating - Partnering with others - Improvising when 'things happen'
