Michael is an Information Technology and organizational development Strategist with 20 years of experience working to align IT as a secure, data-driven service organization to support business strategy. Specializing in aligning people, policy, process, and service delivery to enable the business operational mission and outcomes. He is an expert in managing multi-organizational change; global projects, engineering and development teams; and transforming underperforming IT environments into highly available service-centric organizations. He is a subject matter expert in process reengineering, budget formulation, & workforce planning and analysis with technical expertise in Software-as-a-Service architecture & engineering; Authentication & Authorization; and Identify Management. Michael is a Doctoral Candidate at George Washington University – Ed.D. Human and Organizational Learning.
Michael is now working as a contractor but served the Office of Personnel Management, The Census Bureau and Homeland Security as well as teaching at Northern Virginia Community College and serving as the Local Faculty Chair for the University of Phoenix.
