Andrea has been in the consulting profession for 20 years. From 1992 to 2000, she worked for American Management Systems (AMS), a $1B technology consulting firm, as a client account manager, program manager, project manager, business analyst, and software developer. As a leader in a two-year proposal effort to develop software to be used by over 30,000 procurement staff, Andrea contributed directly to the award of the largest contract ever won by the company ($340M). Her last corporate assignment before taking the entrepreneurial leap was director of leadership development, where Andrea oversaw the design of AMS’s leadership and consulting curricula and managed a $1+ million budget for a variety of staff development programs.
The co-author of “The Trusted Advisor Fieldbook: A Comprehensive Toolkit for Leading with Trust” (Wiley, November 2011), Andrea delivers speeches and seminars all over the world on trust-based relationships. Her clients include top global firms in accounting, consulting, and other professional services.
Described by audiences as articulate, thought-provoking, and entertaining, Andrea is a gifted presenter and facilitator who has planned and delivered hundreds of off-sites, workshops, training events, and keynotes. She’s a returning guest lecturer for MBA students at American University and George Washington University. Andrea’s credentials include an MS in Organization Development from the American University/NTL program, a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas A&M, and certifications in team development, collaborative problem-solving, and action learning.
