Jennifer Havens is an Indiana Jones of sorts. As a college professor, she enlightens minds with tales of business theory in practice. As a business and executive coach, she explores the wild world of human capital complexities, helping clients accelerate business growth and manage their inner game. Jennifer’s background in global technology marketing leadership led to this passion for helping leaders navigate the jungles of leading technical teams and taming the cynical to be engaged, influenced, and inspired.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing Management and Masters in Business Administration. She is a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Executive Coach. She works with project managers, PMOs, and program managers on building influence, managing stakeholders, and creating a culture of accountability. Her unique blend of marketing leadership, process improvement, and human capital expertise are well suited for positioning the PMO as a strategic force in an organization.
Personally, Jennifer knows a thing or two about project management; in addition to running a successful firm, she manages a household of 9.75: two dogs, two cats, 3.75 kids, and a Senior IT Project Manager husband. As a 24/7 PMP coach and Queen of Plate Spinning, she couldn’t be happier!
