About the Presentation

Session Description: Executives (and many employees) are often asked the question, “how do you know where you will be two or three years from now?” The answer is more than reviewing the strategic plan. This session will give you tools to use in business and project management by executing of the right projects with the right resources. An understanding of this linkage will give you more effective working on projects, your role as project/program manager and will boost your career. At the conclusion of this session you will:
  • Know the common understandings and practice them
  • Understand and avoid the disconnect between strategy and project portfolio
  • Have confidence you can use ideas in the project and personal life.
