The half-day Spring KXF held on May 22, 2007 was a great success. Registration had to be closed due to capacity. Surveys indicate members want and more. Your KXF Committee is hosting en ENCORE on July 17, 2007. Those who got on the waitlist have the first opportunity to register.
Again, it will be held at the Bechtel Conference Center in Reston. The focus topic is Cost Estimating: Challenges, Strategies and Lessons Learned. This topic was selected based on participation and feedback from the 2006 Fall KXF event, and the applicability of this subject to all parts of the Chapter membership, including government, the private sector, and non-profits.
The Spring KXF format includes 2-4 formal presentations from speakers with in-depth knowledge of the topic, followed by small-group facilitated discussions that delve further into the topic and allow participants to share their expertise and experience.
Thank you for your interest. Registration is now CLOSED (updated 6/29/07)
See below for a copy of the presentations. Should you want a hard copy at the event, please make a copy. Thanks! Your KXF Committee
