The key-note presentation will cover technology solutions and management change tactics to combat high-profile high-risk projects involving (1) the entire organization representing an example of system change during a nine-month M&A transaction as well as (2) one department’s process optimization journey incorporating broad-based participation (unit change during a course of three months). The two case studies will show you how to do more with less… and fast.
The session will focus on distinguishing between different stakeholder needs and goals, agile use of technology to stand up PMO metrics, cadence of right-sized meetings across the organization in both cases as well as governance mechanisms around data collection, verification and validation. The session will also cover examples of incorporating Kaizen Events, operational readiness visualizations and post mortem process.
