About the Event
Agile teams measure success by outcomes like value delivered to customers, commitments met, collaboration, transparency, and work at continuous pace. Executive teams success metrics evaluate budget, expenses, time to market. Agile Success Metrics will show how to bridge the measurement gap to provide the metrics that the Executive team needs in an Agile way.

About the Agile Meet-up
This meet-up has a focus on Agile PM. We will be discussing pragmatic solutions to real agile project problems.
Parking is free and available in the front of the building. There will be signs directing students to the Atrium Entrance, which is between the 2002 and 2000 buildings. Atrium doors will open 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled class. Please note that there is a fair amount of construction activity next to our building as they are completing the Silver Line Reston Town Center stop. Please leave a few extra minutes of travel time due to this construction activity.

About the Speaker
Stephanie Groot is a Senior Director Product Operations at Decisiv. Decisiv built a global data network for several Fortune 500 OEM. Stephanie designs and delivers analytics products that leverage the network to increase revenue, improve communications, and transparency for Decisiv and their customers. She also establishes process improvements that enable Decisiv to scale across organizational lines. In 2018, Stephanie designed a single solution that provided cost savings of $1.3M.
As a Certified Scrum Professional and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Stephanie has been a Scrum Master, Product Owner, coached teams, and led Agile transformations. Through coaching, she guided Product teams to improve their operational efficiencies and Agile practices. She is a mentor for Women in Technology, and Code Loudoun where she organizes hack-a-thons for High School students. The founder of Agents of Agile, Stephanie built a user group of 300+ Agile practitioners.
