About the Program

The challenges project managers face mitigating risk, developing communication channels, and building trust increase significantly when the project is in a foreign market. Unexpected problems regarding local infrastructure, regulations, contracts, culture, customs, and language barriers are just some of the factors that can derail the execution of well-planned projects. How do you prepare to identify and deal with unexpected challenges before they become a problem?

This session will share lessons learned by corporations, large and small, when encountering unexpected situations while operating outside their home country. Dr. Kraljevic will introduce a proven methodology that will enable you to view the word from a ground-breaking perspective. Her engaging presentation will help you sharpen the global skills needed to successfully manage global projects when the unexpected happens.
