We’ll use a practical example and a hands-on approach to explore the process.

About the Speaker
Rich Perry has more than thirty year's leadership and technical experience in leading teams to develop operational and technical solutions in both in the U.S. and in Europe. He is currently a Senior Analyst at SAIC with more than ten years recent experience managing complex projects supporting government clients. Prior to joining SAIC, he was a career nuclear submarine officer holding leadership positions of increasing responsibility on four nuclear submarines in the U.S. Submarine Force that conducted operations in the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets. Staff positions included programming and budgeting planning at Navy Headquarters as well as operations officer for submarines operating in Europe.
