About the Program
In the world of civilian project management, your understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) could mean the difference in a successful project or one that crashes and burns. It can also make or break your hopes of passing the PMP Exam. Unlike the military, most civilian projects are profit driven, and that means a keen focus on value creation and budget/schedule performance that can best be understood through the proper use of EVM. Tim Dalhouse shows you how to break the code of complexity surrounding EVM so you can master it like a pro!
In 1 hour or less, you will learn:
- The foundational concepts of EVM
- How to remember and use the 13 EVM formulas with Tim's proprietary Formula Map
- The application of EVM to a practical commercial construction project example
- How to interpret what each EVM variable is telling you about the health of your project
- Tim's 5-step, fool-proof method for solving any EVM question on the PMP Exam
**Every attendee will receive a $200 OFF coupon code for PMP Exam Prep Training with PM-ProLearn, PLUS - Color copies of Tim's EVM Formula Map and 5-Step Method**
(Bring your calculator and something to write on/with!)
Specific tips and techniques in the use of PM tools (SW, other)
