About the Presentation
In government contracting, the relationship between the Acquisitions Office and the Program Management Office can often be an onerous one. With each potentially having differing goals and objectives, clear communication and partnering can be complex and often nonexistent. We will explore the responsibilities of both parties, as well as discuss some best practices for ensuring collaboration and mutual goal-setting while ensuring appropriate utilization of funds.

Conference center can be directly and quickly accessed from the Metro's (Silver Line) Greensboro Station stop.
For those attendees who are not tenants to the building, parking will be validated for you following the presentation. Bring your issued parking ticket with you to the conference room. Open lot parking no longer available due to nearby construction work. Please consider using parking garage, and park in assigned visitor parking spaces.

About the Speaker
Lisa Wolf is presently the Earned Value Management (EVM) and Procurement Systems Focal Point for Booz Allen Hamilton. Lisa is responsible for ensuring the proper firm-wide deployment of these DCMA-validated Systems through training, proposal support, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), and Internal Purchasing System Reviews. Lisa's wide range of diverse EVM and Project Management experience as a practitioner has been in RDT&E, Production, Deployment, Software Development, and support services projects of varying contract sizes and types with myriad clients.
A frequent speaker and trainer of Earned Value Management and Project Management topics, Lisa has done so throughout the United States and the world, including in the Cayman Islands, Yokosuka, Japan, Alexandria, Egypt, Melbourne and Canberra, Australia, Europe, and as a keynote speaker for the inaugural PMI Sydney Conference. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland, College Park, and has been a course developer and leader for the American Management Association (AMA). Lisa is also presently a Co-Lead of the Contracts Working Group for the Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), as well a co-Dean of Government EVM Education and Vice President of Communications for the College of Performance Management.
Lisa has been certified by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) as an Earned Value Professional (EVP) and by the PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and earned her MBA from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
