About the Event
Organizations have adopted a "new normal" of consistent change. Key functions are revamping their processes and technology. Some organizations are shifting their entire culture. This new landscape requires a more expansive set of leadership skills, and more ownership of potential leaders of their own development.
Investment in emerging leaders is not consistent across industries and organizations. Professionals on the cusp of leadership will have to be more pro-active in their development as leaders. This interactive session will outline a process by which emerging leaders can take a strategic approach to maximizing their leadership potential. We will walk-through how to assess your own skills, develop a plan and create effective accountability mechanisms.
