Quality management is too frequently an elusive, misunderstood, and poorly performed project management practice. Despite the best intentions of project teams, the common failure to define and implement realistic and effective quality management processes and standards inevitably leads to project outcomes that fail to meet business needs. This luncheon presentation will highlight real world quality management lessons learned, including common myths and mistakes as well as practical tips for ensuring project quality in a feasible and efficient manner.
Directions to get to the Cafe:
From 495 Take Dulles Toll Road West to Wiehle Ave. Exit. Turn right on Wiehle. Go approx. 1 1/2 miles and turn left on Baron Cameron. The next traffic light is Village Rd. Turn left on Village Rd. At the stop sign (1/2 block), look left and you’ll see a sign for Lake Anne Village Center and the parking lot entrance. When you get into the parking lot, it may seem wrong because you’ll be looking at the back of brick buildings. Park and walk into the Plaza. Cafe Montmartre is on your left.
