About the Program
Organizations are in the midst of the unknown and today’s leaders are learning on the fly…not because they aren’t prepared, but because the requirements keep changing. “Same is usual” now means “constantly changing.” Today’s challenges for leaders are going well beyond developing new strategies, structures and processes. Leaders are finding themselves struggling more with the long-term aspects of recovery, revitalization, and recommitment of their teams…and, in many cases, it is the people side of the equation that gets the least attention. This presentation outlines some of the challenges organizational leaders face, and discusses strategies to ensure a balance between the structural, financial and people side of implementing change.
The event will be held at Noblis – directions to the meeting can be found here - http://www.noblis.org/contact/locations/directions
