"I help teams to become more aligned with Agile principles through coaching and training. I collaborate with groups who are new to Agile to transform their practice and behavior to create a sustainable pace, but still respond to change and deliver value quickly. Change Management is a critical piece of any transformation project that is often overlooked or under-estimated. I hope to bring some exposure to the methods for change management and practical tips to everyone in the project management space."
Julee Bellomo is the principal of Opal Consulting, LLC. She delivers training for the Agile-PMI certification, Basics of Scrum, Agile Estimating, Change Management, and Coaching through Resistance to Change.
