About the Presentation
Conflict is inevitable. How we react to conflict is dependent upon our values, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors we exhibit. When faced with a conflict, can you “let it go”, or do you “react”, and how much? Participants will gain a basic understanding of individual, group, and organizational conflict; and, how these conflicts are associated with roles, responsibilities, and duties within an organizational setting.
