Project prioritization is often a valuable principle overlooked as a key component to
maintaining a successful project portfolio. With complex project dependencies it is difficult to keep your organization's strategic objectives at the center of the process. During this session we will develop a plan to manage projects constrained by limited resources, budgets, and political influences. We will explain how to simplify your process by weighing quantitative project data to make qualitative judgments – to create buy-in for the projects you plan to support.
