About the Speaker
Mr. Bixler has extensive experience working directly with Government agencies in developing highly successful, complex IT solutions. Mr. Bixler has more than 16 years of strong senior management experience working with systems integrators in supporting civilian, DoD and Intelligence agencies, combined with 23 years of government service. He possesses significant systems engineering and information management experience with relevant academic credentials. He has executive and program management experience in the complex IDIQ environment including DHS EAGLE, DIA Knowledge Management (KM) Initiatives, and DoJ ITSS.
