This presentation takes a look back and speaks to the future-- including identifying new best practices in technology, quality and leadership systems. The speakers’ presentation will highlight the type and attributes of technologies from the past to current times and identify new emerging trends

About the Speaker
Mr. Mullins is the Director for Strategy and People at Serco. He works closely with top level executives—career and political, “C” levels and others in the areas of strategic planning, policy deployment and business process improvement. He has led and participated in numerous government-wide and agency specific core system, change management and business process improvement efforts. In addition to his leadership role in strategic performance improvement, Mr. Mullins has also designed, led and conducted numerous Baldrige assessments, and applied Baldrige approaches to change management engagements in support of performance improvement efforts
