About the Program

The success of a person or a team depends on the surrounding environment. Companies hire highly intelligent people based on their proven past. The same companies blame the same person, whom they hired when they fail to deliver as they have in the past.
It’s easy to neglect the role of the environment in a team member’s or team’s success.

In a competitive environment, team members’ energy is spent either defending themselves or beating their colleagues to gain an upper hand. What it helps with is, in achieving personal agendas. What it does not help with is achieving collective goals and outcomes as a team.

We talk about trust with regards to adopting agile and Scrum practices. We also talk about having courage, taking risks, and learning from failures. However, we forget to talk and understand about the environment where all of this can survive and flourish to give the outcome we are hoping to get.

In this session, we will explore the Ingredients for a flourishing team Culture. How TRUST emerges and nurtures the surrounding environment. How trust can create a collaborative environment within a team
