This interactive workshop provides participants with key techniques and insights into managing remote teams while balancing the project constraints. The five most critical aspects of managing a remote team will be discussed in-depth with hands-on exercises to demonstrate principles and best practices. The five aspects are: communication, team-building, technology, knowledge management, and cultural considerations. All participants receive a robust participant guide that provides a 30-60-90 day action plan to maximize learning retention and application within the work environment.

1. Understand the implications of managing a remote team
2. Apply techniques within remote environments to engage, strengthen, and mature the remote team while balancing the project constraints
3. Recognize situational differences that require adjusted approaches and situational leadership
