This interactive workshop provides participants with key techniques and insights into managing remote teams while balancing the project constraints. The five most critical aspects of managing a remote team will be discussed in-depth with hands-on exercises to demonstrate principles and best practices. The five aspects are: communication, team-building, technology, knowledge management, and cultural considerations. All participants receive a robust participant guide that provides a 30-60-90 day action plan to maximize learning retention and application within the work environment.

About the Speakers
