About the Program
The bottom-line impact of unresolved conflict in the work environment is usually not obvious at the time it’s occurring. Yet the insidious outcomes of lingering unresolved conflicts can include missed deadlines, work re-cycling, lowered productivity and morale, “turf wars”, and increased absenteeism.
This program will focus on the leader’s role in constructive conflict management.
