Substantive conflicts between individuals, within teams, and across organizational boundaries seldom magically resolve themselves. If left unresolved, these conflicts often go underground, only to pop up and get re-fought on the same, or a new issue. When faced with a difficult conflict, most people try to avoid it and hope it goes away – not necessarily a career building strategy!
In this session you will learn techniques for feeling more empowered and self-confident when encountering common types of conflict.
