Research shows that one out of every three people grow up without a mentor. This means that generations of individuals fall short of rich learning and development through mentorship relationships.
Everyday Mentorship CEO, Anwar Taylor, created the D.I.C.E. approach to empower individuals to build and sustain positive mentoring relationships within their natural environment. The D.I.C.E approach is grounded in evidence-based research, and it uses the teachings from Anwar’s personal experiences with mentoring.
This method is simple, memorable, and engaging for all audiences. Anwar will discuss D.I.C.E in the context of the project management environment. Immediately following the presentation, project management professionals will be able to apply the D.I.C.E. approach and reap the benefits of mentorship.
