About the Program
Whether you are a manager that is assigned the job of helping your employees deal with organizational change or you are an employee that is being affected by a change, you need to know the strategies that will help you (and/or your staff) successfully transition from the current state to the future state. We often look at organizational changes as we would look at herding animals – expecting that we all go where the rest of the herd goes. However, organizational change is made up of lots of individual changes and each individual has a unique path through their change journey. By understanding where individuals are located on their journey, we can craft better strategies to help them get to the next stage of the process.
Please join us for this session that goes through the individual change journey and the steps that need to be taken to help our employees or ourselves progress along the change curve. We will provide you with practices that have been proven to help teams navigate the tricky parts of organizational change without the typical loss of productivity and personnel.
Doors will open at 11:30am for informal networking. The presentation will begin promptly at Noon and will last about an hour. There will be informal networking following the presentation through 1:15pm. You are welcomed to bring your lunch to the presentation.
The presentation will be held at Noblis' Reston headquarters at 2002 Edmund Halley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. For any questions about the venue, contact Bill Morris (email@example.com)
