Working with Insecure Project Leaders
Does your project manager often fail to share helpful information, neglect to delegate highly visible tasks, or even appear uncomfortable with your progress? If so, you may have an insecure leader. Working with insecure leaders can cause you to question your abilities and diminish your self-esteem. If unchecked, some employees will unconsciously become insecure leaders themselves. Don’t perpetuate the problem. Join the discussion in this workshop to identify common leadership insecurities and develop effective strategies to navigate the unease.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to
• Identify common characteristics of insecure leaders
• Recognize how insecure leaders may impact your personal performance
