About the Program
In this presentation you will learn, in five simple steps, how to reduce the complexities of today's global market to a manageable perspective, break away from obsolete business practices, and acquire the confidence, insights and global skills you need to lead and manage today’s highly interconnected global workforce.
Doors will open at 11:30am for informal networking. The presentation will begin promptly at Noon and will last about an hour. There will be informal networking following the presentation through 1:15pm. You are welcomed to bring your lunch to the presentation.

About the Speaker
Zlática Kraljevic, Ph.D.
Dr. Zlática Kraljevic is the CEO of The Anders Frontier Group LLC (TAFG), a management consulting firm. Prior to TAFG, she was in-house thought leader on emerging markets at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), where she advised CFOs and CSOs representing Fortune 1000 and FTSE 100 companies. Kraljevic has over 30 years of experience in international markets spanning six continents. Her areas of specialization include: operational risk management, strategic business expansion, post-merger integration, and board-level negotiation. She has trained sales and multi-functional teams, and inspired hundreds of executives and managers in companies like ExxonMobil, Halliburton, Hewlett Packard, American Express, and other organizations in the U.S. and abroad.
Dr. Kraljevic graduated with a doctorate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona, is an alumna of Thunderbird Global School of Management and a fellow at George Mason University School of Law. She is the author of “Borderless Leadership: Global Skills for Personal and Business Success,” a guide for professionals dealing with today’s highly interconnected world.
About the Sunrise Valley Luncheons
The Sunrise Valley Luncheon Series (formerly the Fairview Park Luncheon Series) is held at Noblis. Noblis has recently relocated its headquarters office to Reston, VA at 2002 Edmund Halley Drive. There is no charge for these events and the event is open to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch to the event if they wish! Networking begins at 11:30am and the presentation runs from 12:00noon - 1:00pm. Non-Noblis visitors are required to show a picture ID to gain entrance to the facility.
