About the Event
Dr. Saxena has spent his career understanding what allows individuals and organizations to achieve peak performance. He’s all about helping others achieve their high-level goals, whether they are relatively modest or as Jim Collins calls them BHAG’s (Big Hairy Audacious Goals). In this presentation, he will show you how to use your Dharma to Supercharge Your Leadership and Life.
Have you achieved a lot in your life but know you have more to offer? Would you like to be a more effective leader? Does leadership feel like an uphill battle? Like you, Dr. Saxena has struggled with a lot of the same issues. Sunil will help you understand the concept of Dharma and how it is critical to effective leadership.
In this fun and fast-paced presentation, he shares personal stories that allowed him to understand that fulfillment and success in life only come from understanding and living in line with your Dharma. Understanding this one concept is a game changer, it was for him and it sure can be for you as well.

About the Washington Circle Luncheons
PMIWDC's Washington Circle luncheons are a series of free brownbag luncheons hosted at 2201 G St, NW in Downtown DC. There are luncheons every fourth Wednesday of the month, unless posted otherwise.
This program series is made possible by the generous support of George Washington University School of Business, which offers a Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) degree. The MSPM program is designed to meet the needs of working professionals who want to enhance their ability to integrate complex projects, motivate people, and achieve cost-effective results. With courses offered both on-campus and online, students have the flexibility to complete the degree from virtually anywhere.
Washington Circle luncheons are free and open to the public. Pre-registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
