Many people use metrics as either performance indicators, to drive performance in their organizations or both. What if the use of metrics drives exactly the wrong type of performance? Can some metrics do more harm than good? If so, what metrics are the best for my project / program / organization? How will I know which metrics can drive the performance that I am looking for? In this session, we will provide some tips on how metrics should be aligned with the objectives of your project, program or organization. Be prepared to participate in a lively discussion where differing opinions are welcome
