About the Program

In this highly interactive session you will learn how to scale Agile across multiple teams by adopting the core elements of the Scaled Agile framework. From setting common deliverables, to establishing priorities, these elements will ensure that your teams are in sync and delivering value to business. We’ll cover how the framework applies to project managers, how it intesects with the PMBOK, and give some tips for utilizing both methodologies in your projects.

About the Speaker

Andy Rivers

Senior Advisor

Andy Rivers is a Senior Advisor at BEYOND20. Andy has worked in IT for over 15 years and has extensive experience in Higher Education. Prior to joining BEYOND20, Andy was the Associate CIO for the University of Tennessee, where he was responsible for implementing statewide projects and initiatives for the university’s four campuses and three institutes. Andy holds a Bachelors in MIS and a Masters in Telecommunication System Management (TSM), with a variety of IT certifications including ITIL Expert, Certified Scrum Master, and Security+.
