As a result, companies all across the world are immersed in digital initiatives that are competing on time to market. The need for rigorous program management is higher now, more than ever before. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult for program managers to lead without having full visibility into “what” they are building. This session presents tools, techniques and processes to help program managers lead ideation of the right solutions before following through with the triple constraint of delivery.
Some key takeaways from this session:
- Understanding the value of the ever-changing customer journey
