About the Presentation

Ms. Tina Taylor presents, "Leading as an Introvert."

Introverted people are often mistaken as being shy or insecure, when in fact they are often neither. A large number of bold, well-spoken and confident leaders are decided introverts. In this session we establish a common framework for what it means to be an introvert. We review some of the most common ways introvert qualities are perceived in the work environment and how project managers can leverage these perceptions to be a leadership advantage.
