About the Presentation
In the old world of silos and individual contributors, leaders had everyone they needed under one roof and could drive results through command and control. In today’s world of global connectedness, leaders must know how to tap into the power of collaboration to get results. Leaders must be able to harness ideas, people, and resource from across boundaries of all kinds. It’s about wielding influence rather than authority to move things forward. It demands knowing when to halt unproductive jibber-jabber, how to promote healthy debate, and squash bad behavior that undermines bold solutions.
Lisa delivers messages that are easy to grasp; she underscores concepts through interaction and storytelling so audience members can experience her message rather than simply hear it. Participants will leave filled with enthusiasm and armed for action.
