About the Presentation
Most people have never heard of the "Tuckman Model", but most people have heard of forming, storming, norming and performing.
In today's world, we have to be able to work in teams. Whether our focus is business, government, volunteer organizations or even home, all teams go through these stages in one fashion or another. Why not see how to use Dr. Tuckman's ideas to deal effectively with conflict, creativity and motivation. Learn what to provide your team and when to provide it. Move through the model more efficiently and effectively to reach the high level of team performance you desire.
Whether you know it or not, you and your associates have been living proof of this model for years. Don't believe that? Attend the PMI Tysons chapter luncheon on November 22nd and see why and how. Walk away with thoughts and actions you can use that afternoon to make an immense positive difference no matter where you are and what you do.
