About the Program
This event will include two presentations:
First, Chris Grassmuck will share information about PMI's recently released Talent Triangle, and how this will influence future Shenandoah Valley Community events.
Second, David Schwantes will present "Managing Through the Perfect Storm" sharing a recent project experience in Lublin, Poland through IBM's Corporate Services Corps.

About the Speaker
In his fourth year as PMIWDC Shenandoah Valley Community Chair.
Dave is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience providing Project Management and Financial Management to clients in both Public and Private sectors.
He has been employed with IBM for 12 years managing mainly software development and IT Infrastructure projects and teams ranging from 4 FTE to 40 FTE. Prior to his work at IBM, Dave was Director of Finance for a small consulting firm in Fairfax for 12 years.
Dave has been a PMP since 2009, and earned his MBA at George Mason University in 2004.

Announcing a New Local Community!
The DC Chapter of the Project Management Institute is pleased to host a new quarterly meeting in Winchester, VA. Membership in PMI and/or the DC Chapter is not required, however PDUs will be available for Project Management Professionals (PMPs). The presentations delivered are educational and informative to those with an interest in the field of project management. Each event will present specific learning points, unique to the presenter's area of expertise and the subject matter discussed while directly relating to improving the practice of managing projects and leading others.
