About the Seminar
In this seminar we will explore the Agile Mindset in depth and how talk about how to practically grow towards it and even spread it. If you are just starting your agile journey, then save yourself a lot of time and come learn about the essence of succeeding with Agile; its mindset.
If you have been practicing Agile for some time, also join us since we will explore key aspects of the Agile Mindset including how it impacts planning, estimating and executing.
This is neither a theoretical, nor philosophical seminar. On the contrary, it will be a very practical one with many “from the trenches“ stories – hopefully including possible solutions to your own challenges. The seminar will go through a hands-on case study so we can practice and discuss what we learn throughout the day.
