About the Speakers

Dominic Lepore, PMP

Dominic Lepore, PMP, has over 20 years’ experience implementing new processes and systems to improve business operations. He is an expert in all aspects of project management, including scope, schedule and cost management techniques. After working as a management consultant for one of the Big Four consulting firms, Dominic started Terrapin Consulting in 2003 to focus on helping organizations improve IT and project performance. Dominic is also an adjunct professor for Georgetown University’s Technology Management and Systems Engineering Management master’s degree programs. Dominic is the 2019 Chief Executive Officer for PMIWDC.

He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Information Systems from the Stevens Institute of Technology.

PM Industry Insights is PMIWDC's workshop series that addresses the practical aspects of Project Management.

These sessions are to provide you with insights on what is going on in the local industry so you can learn from it.
