Have your people 'gone fishin'? If you lead a workforce, a team, or a family, keeping your folks involved, engaged, and motivated is critical for success. There's an ancient proverb that says, "if you give a man a fish, you'll feed him for a day; if you teach a man to fish, you'll feed him for a lifetime." But is that enough to motivate him to catch his own fish? Whether you want your employees to go the extra mile, your customers to buy your products, or your teenager to clean her room, you need to understand and appeal to the motivations of others. Motivational leadership expert John Verrico will bring levity and insight to this most important of leadership topics.
