While agile improves many components of software delivery one constant struggle for development is being able to accurately discern what the customer wants. This discussion will address common pitfalls in the requirements management cycle. During this time we will define risks and several strategies to mitigate these risks to improve the ability to deliver the desired results and the value an agile team brings to the organization.

About the Reston Local Community

Each month, PMIWDC Reston Local Community volunteers strive to bring you interesting and informative speakers from a wide range of professions. They present these speakers to you at the Leidos building or other organization located at Reston Town center. This is an opportunity to network with other professionals of the PMI.
