About the Course
This two-day Agile Training course offers hands-on practices in Iteration Planning, Product Roadmap and Backlog, Estimating Practices, User Story Development and Iteration Execution.
The classroom course will be broken up into Agile teams and your expert instructor will drive each team through the Agile process from vision down to daily planning and execution. Through hands-on exercises you will put the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques taught to work in the classroom. This course is a stimulating combination of class interaction, active learning exercises, and group collaboration. Each is designed to allow you to learn through practice so you can readily apply what you have learned in your own workplace right away. This course has been approved and earns all students the Certified IC Agile Professional designation upon completion of the course. Additionally, a total of 14 PDUs will be available upon completion of the course.
This Agile training course instruction will be provided by ASPE the nation’s largest Agile training provider. ASPE has trained more than 20,000 professionals in all aspects of Agile.
