About the PresentationIntegration Management and what it is, will be the focus of the presentation. The speaker will illustrate how shared services, project knowledge and techniques integrate to create project success. PMBOK based project management disciplines will be discussed to show how they can affect Shared Service project achievements.
Event requires registration.

About the Speaker
Dan Rubenstein, Director at Chevo Consulting, LLC and PMP, is a specialist in the project management associated with the modernization of Federal financial accounting systems. He has over 20 years of experience in the planning, construction, review, analysis, design, implementation, and modernization of these systems. Recently his focus has been helping agencies improve their financial operations through the use of Shared Services. His work at cabinet level agencies includes providing pre-solicitation support, development of alternative analysis, discovery phase support, as well as with the operation of financial systems in Shared Service environments. He holds BS degree in Accounting from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
