About the Program

Both contract re-compete and close-out are team efforts that require significant work well in advance of the contract expiration date.  Project Managers often overlook the pivotal role they play in preparing the contract for these critical activities, both of which greatly impact company revenues.  To be successful – whether winning re-compete work or obtaining customer approval for final deliverables and invoices --.preparation must begin day one of contract award.  Re-compete and contract close-out groundwork both require a strategy to identify, gather, retain, and report critical data only the Project Manager can access in its entirety.  This presentation will describe actions the Project Manager must take to help win the project re-compete and complete required contract close-out activities on schedule.
