About the Presentation

Each of our lives on earth qualifies as a project according to the PMBOK definition. As with other projects, we can take an active role managing certain aspects of our life to facilitate a successful outcome. Conventional life scenarios may include the need to lead teams, plan for risks, identify dependencies and re-baseline schedules among other things. This engaging seminar is designed to provide strategic tools and tips for negotiating some of these most common aspects of life.

In Tysons Corner, entries into parking from Hwy 7, near intersections of Westpark Drive or Greensboro Drive. Photo ID is required. Guest parking, both open space and covered garage, is free. Easiest to enter at the glass atrium. No badging required.

Tina Taylor serves as the principal of Lifetime Leaders Inc, a local consulting firm that specializes in organizational process improvement and personnel development. In this role, Tina combines her many years of operational experience and business acumen to develop effective solutions for the company’s partners and clients.
Tina’s diverse leadership background includes roles in Program/Project Management, Operations, Strategy, Marketing and Customer Support among others. Her educational credentials include a MBA and a BS degree in Industrial Engineering.
Ms. Taylor’s problem solving skills and aptitude for building and leading high performing teams have been endorsed repeatedly as she assists organizations through periods of change and growth.
