About the Presentation
As Project Managers we are all challenged to with limits on our time, resources, and knowledge. Overcoming these challenges can be a full time job all its own, but as Project Managers we know that our primary job responsibility requires us to communicate constantly and to have the ability to use and share that information in a way that is most effective for leading your project to success. In this presentation, we will discuss steps you can take to be a more effective communicator and how you can use your communication skills to be a more effective PM.
