About the Presentation
Studies have shown that passion is the key to success and that engaged employees are more productive and innovative. In this presentation we will explore (1) what passion has to do with business, (2) why team member engagement is important and how passion fits in, and (3) the relationship between passion, profits and added value.
n Tysons Corner, entries into parking from Hwy 7, near intersections of Westpark Drive or Greensboro Drive. Photo ID is required. Guest parking, both open space and covered garage, is free. Easiest to enter at the rear of the Enterprise building, the Terrace level. No badging required.
About the Speaker
Carla Perez is an entrepreneur with a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve success on their terms by connecting them to passion. She is the founder and President of OneAll Solutions, LLC. The company name was inspired by the belief that everyone and everything is connected and that together we can achieve what may seem impossible.
Carla’s 28+ year career in business, project, and contract management not only spans a broad range of roles and responsibilities but is also international in scope. She has worked in diverse public and private settings, mentored and trained numerous colleagues, leveraged her bi-cultural and bi-lingual background in furthering the goals of those she served, and consistently received recognition for her contributions.
Carla is certified as a Passion Test For Business Facilitator (PTBF), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Purchasing Manager (C.P.M). She holds an MBA from George Mason University, where she graduated with honors.
Living in Leesburg, VA, Carla enjoys gardening, dancing, yoga, decorating, traveling, helping out, and being a grandma.
