The new PMBOK 5th Edition aligns with the new ISO/IEC/IEEE 21500 standard. Great, what does that really mean?  Do we do something different tomorrow than we did yesterday?  Matthew gives a real-world assessment of the simplicity and the complexity of the changes by comparing the new PMBOK(r)Guide and 21500 standards. In particular, he will address what, if anything, we should consider doing differently.
