About the Speaker

Gerald Cote, CTP, PMP

AGC Consulting LLC

Gerald has over 25 years of financial management, accounting, and auditing experience acquired in the hospitality industry, but also government, construction industries and most recently in the Health Care, Financial Services and non- profit sectors.  As a former Director of Finance, Controller, Internal Auditor, External Auditor and current Financial Professional, Consultant, Project Specialist and Principal owner of his own firm, AGC Consulting LLC, Gerald has been responsible for the company’s day to day accounting operation, performed internal and external audits, and provided varying financial services including due diligence over mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, process improvement, Pension Plan audits,  990 Tax Returns, Treasury Management  and others.

In his career, Gerald has been responsible for domestic and global financial operations, having worked in Canada, Europe, Africa and South America. He has led teams, managed projects as well as being a practitioner in the performance of the day to day accounting operations. He has implemented new accountings systems, setting policies and procedures, participated in capital improvement projects, improved cash management operations, heavily involved with budgeting, forecasting, crisis management planning thus enhancing the overall company’s financial position while adding value to stakeholders. 

Matteo Becchi PMP, CSM, MIS

Matteo is a certified IT Project Management professional (PMP, CSM), experienced in managing system and application implementations and migrations, server deployments and upgrades, data center migrations and reorganizations, across a multitude of platforms for internal and external clients, including business process re-design. Matteo has been a change agent in Information Technology (IT) and Business Process (BP) using leadership and creativity in a variety of capacities both in the public, private and higher-education sectors for the last 15 years. Matteo is currently an Enterprise Systems Project and Program Manager at American University, Office of Information Technology.

James Lucier

C3 Integrated Solutions
Senior Business and Technology Advisor

James has more than 12 years of experience managing complex Information Technology projects for Government, Enterprise and Healthcare organizations.  James currently leads all technology deployments for C3 Integrated Solutions, which has been recognized as a Microsoft® Cloud Accelerate Partner. Previously, James worked at Capital Caring where he managed day-to-day technical operations for over 500 users.  James built and managed the Decision Support Department for Capital Caring, leading the implementation of Electronic Health Record systems and developing scorecard based reporting to executive management.  James has also worked with government organizations such as the Federal Aviation Administration and Fairfax County Government on various web site and intranet related projects.
