SAIC Drive is a roundabout at the end of ‘Solutions Drive.’ Guest parking is free. Easiest to enter at front of building marked by circular drive and flagpoles (large glass atrium).

About the Speaker

Thomas Ward, PMP, MSc.

Hi.  My name is Tom Ward.  My international journey over 20 years includes corporate strategy, financial economics, anti-corruption and Project Management building a base for better utilization of funds, process, and documentation, driving institutional accounts, to directing global transformations, to mentoring change.  My journey has taught me to listen and learn to understand challenges through a multi-dimensional prism of experience, collaboration, and humility.

With today's integrated global challenges, transition is a fact of life.  Key is a holistic approach to sustainable solutions.   Efficient and Effective solutions bridge the gap between the fear of change and the necessity for change and growth that are prevalent in management consulting and system implementations.  I have applied my knowledge and experience across multiple global transformations and strategic financial economic engagements with a long term relationship vision.   As a seasoned Project Management Professional with cross functional and technical capabilities my results stem from leading and consulting in multiple agencies and teams, world-wide ERP System Implementations, Business Intelligence, and Transition Management Leadership.   

I am a trusted advisor, director, and mentor, I strive for results that are sound in improving managerial and project management effectiveness and efficiency. Throughout my project management and finance experiences, I have continued to apply London School of Economics strategic economics and experiences to transitional countries, sectors, and corporate structures.  I balance the baseline Financial Business Analytics with Performance Management, Risk Mitigation, and Implementation Risk.  I combine financial economic principles with systematic data to best derive a strategic vision and implementation baseline for a solid system implementation performance.  This includes championing large projects and transformations, building collaborative teams, addressing resolution facilitation (i.e. problem projects), budget, performance measurements, systems integration, and program, and evaluation.
