There is a sense that playing games on company time is not productive. Quite the opposite is true. Game play opens up right-brain opportunities to build high-powered teams of people who leverage their differences. Appropriate teambuilding activities motivate people and contribute to high efficiency teams. In her consulting practice, Darcie Davis, our presenter, has seen morbidly stressed people trying hard to get things done. She presents the case that even small but strategic ice breakers or games can increase team productivity and improve morale. Darcie has used games and ice breakers to build teams, revive teams, solve problems, improve morale, and develop business.
In Tysons Corner, entries into parking from Hwy 7, near intersections of Westpark Drive or Greensboro Drive. Photo ID is required. SAIC Drive is a roundabout at the end of ‘Solutions Drive.’ Guest parking is free. Easiest to enter at front of building marked by circular drive and flagpoles (large glass atrium).
